HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? 

Add the product to the cart, fill in all the required fields on the checkout page, choose the type of delivery and payment and click on the Checkout button. If you have difficulty placing an order on the site, you can contact us by phone at +39 351093765 (every day from 09:00 to 18:00) or by email amministrazione@wemax.it

After placing an order on the website, our customer service will contact you to clarify the details and inform you about delivery times and other order details. If you are sure about your order and do not need further information about the product or the terms of the purchase, you can check the "Do not call back" box and your order will be sent without calling (if you provide all the necessary and accurate information for delivery )

SHIPPING TIMES?

We usually take 1 to 3 days to process an order. In case of longer order processing times, our customer service will inform you accordingly. If you pre-order you will be given an estimated date when your order will be ready.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER ORDERS?

 We deliver orders using different couriers, choosing them based on the most optimal and efficient rate and delivery times. You can also choose delivery to a post office, an InPost locker or to the address proposed in the dedicated InPost Locker section. Delivery is made within 24/48 hours for Italy

We deliver internationally via the UPS/DHL delivery service. The average delivery time worldwide is 2-3 weeks. The shipping cost is automatically calculated in your cart during checkout.

HOW TO CHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT?

 It is possible to exchange the goods within 14 days of purchasing the goods. In the package you will find a return form, which you will need to fill out and insert inside the package while organizing the return shipment. The exchange will be sent to you within 3 working days of the actual date of return to our warehouse. The return is free for the customer.
