Items must be shipped in the packaging as received, including self-adhesive closure on the lid. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received. Only if the original box is no longer usable and/or damaged can another suitable packaging be used to ship the items.
The items must be returned with all labels and identification tags attached originally and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received together with the ordered item. The security thread present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. Returned items that are not provided with this security thread will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with shipping costs charged to the customer.
The items of clothing must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Footwear and accessories must be returned intact together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind. Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns/exchanges will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.

WEMAX reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective goods, bearing the shipping costs. WEMAX reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests. for which all the foreseen TERMS AND CONDITIONS have not been respected. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with shipping costs charged. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the WEMAX site is excluded in accordance with the art. 59 Italian Consumer Code relating to: the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. the supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized upon express request of the buyer during the order phase.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of "special orders", i.e. items specially ordered by WEMAX specifically for the customer. By way of example and not exhaustively, the following products are certainly excluded from the withdrawal: Some articles in the Underwear/Lingerie section (where expressly indicated) Articles in the Beauty section (where expressly indicated). Christmas packages. For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, WEMAX provides the consumer customer with a specific indication directly in the product sheet.
However, WEMAX remains entitled to accept the withdrawal request also for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons. Customers please note that the number of returns made is constantly monitored: frequent returns that do not comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be flagged. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or not complete future orders of customers who continue to violate the terms and conditions. For all aspects not specifically expressed, please refer to the European legislation for distance trading.
