Terms and conditions

By placing an order for any product on www.wemax.it , you accept the following terms and conditions of sale.

1.5 - The current conditions of sale of the Goods and the related information on the site constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1470 of the Italian civil code

2.5 - These conditions can be modified by the Seller without giving unilateral communication to the User/Buyer. The new version of the terms of this agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the site, unless otherwise provided in the Agreement itself.

3.5 - The Contract comes into force from the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order by the Buyer. By providing his telephone number and e-mail, the Buyer consents to the use of the indicated means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties involved by him in the fulfillment of his obligations.

The data may be used to disseminate information on the transfer of the delivery order, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of obligations towards the Buyer under this condition of sale. The data specified by the Buyer can be used for promotions, news and discounts.

By placing an Order, the User/Buyer accepts that the Seller may entrust the execution of the Contract to third parties (couriers), while remaining responsible for its implementation.

4.5 - The Seller guarantees the availability of the Products present in the online store. In the event that the descriptions and specifications accompanying the Product are not exhaustive and contain typographical errors, the Buyer can contact the Assistance Service at any time via the dedicated number.

5.5 - If the Seller does not have the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order or cancel the Order by notifying the Buyer by email or by contacting him by telephone.
