Order Processing Times

The store usually takes 1 to 3 days to process an order. In case of longer order processing times, a separate management will be opened and communication will take place directly between the customer and the assistance office.

We deliver orders all over the world and the related times/costs depend on the courier rates for the respective countries.

Delivery of orders over 99E is free for the customer.

PICKUP IN STORE

You can book the goods in our stores in Afragola and Frattamaggiore. To do this, add the products to the cart, select the delivery method “Collect in store” in the cart and choose the most convenient store. Your order will be reserved in the selected store for two days (not counting the date of placing the order) . If you wish to extend the reserve period, please contact us in the way most convenient for you.

International shipping

We make international deliveries. The average delivery time worldwide is 2-3 weeks. The cost of delivery is automatically calculated on the payment page after entering the shipping address. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.

Please study the customs relief limit for parcels from abroad and customs clearance conditions in advance, as we do not cover customs clearance costs and do not refund customs clearance fees. Refusal of an already shipped package due to reluctance to clear it through customs means that the funds paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable and the customer will be refunded only for the payment of the goods (as soon as the package is returned)
