Order Processing Times

PICKUP IN STORE

You can book the goods in our stores in Afragola and Frattamaggiore. To do this, add the products to the cart, select the delivery method “Collect in store” in the cart and choose the most convenient store. Your order will be reserved in the selected store for two days (not counting the date of placing the order) . If you wish to extend the reserve period, please contact us in the way most convenient for you.

International shipping

We make international deliveries. The average delivery time worldwide is 2-3 weeks. The cost of delivery is automatically calculated on the payment page after entering the shipping address. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.

Please study the customs relief limit for parcels from abroad and customs clearance conditions in advance, as we do not cover customs clearance costs and do not refund customs clearance fees.
